Bobby Wayne Johnson Jr.

Mr. Bobby Wayne Johnson Jr., 39, of Manila, passed from this life Sunday, April 22, 2012, at his home.

Born in Jonesboro to Bobby Wayne and Judy Marie Zarnes Johnson, he attended Bethany Baptist Church and was a U.S. Army Reserve Veteran. Bobby loved being with his children and grandchildren, was an avid wrestling fan and was a wrestler when he was younger. He also was a former volunteer with the Armorel Fire Department.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Bobby leaves his wife, Maria Ortiz Johnson of Monette;

His mother, Judy Lilly of Manila;

His children, April Johnson and Areal Carrothers, both of Morganfield, Ky., Lasha Johnson of Jonesboro, Randy Johnson and Alex Johnson, both of Monette;

Two brothers, Tony Johnson of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Rusty Holt of Roy, Wash.;

Two grandchildren, Christopher Carr and Allen Carr, both of Morganfield, Ky.; and

Two step-sons, Tristan Cook and Cody Cook, both of Jonesboro.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Manila Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Hyde officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at Cobb Funeral Home. An online register may be signed at cobbfuneralhome.com
