Brinda Joyce James

Mrs. Brinda Joyce James, 70 of Hardy, died Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Advanced Care Hospital of White County. Born April 19, 1941, in Blytheville, she was the daughter of the late William McClanahan and the late Ruth Barber.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hardy.

Brinda is survived by her husband, Eddie James of the home;

Her sons, Rick Haynes of Cherokee Village and Mike Haynes of Blytheville;

A brother, William M. McClanahan Jr. of England, Ark.;

A sister, Linda Woods of Monroe, La.; and

Five granddaughters and two great-granddaughters.

A Celebration of her Life will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Heath Funeral Home with Dr. Larry Kendrick officiating.
