Mrs. Sarah B. Riley, 70, of Luxora, died of heart failure Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, in Osceola. Born Nov. 29, 194,1 in Osceola, she was a homemaker and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Williams and Annie Mae Admond; her husband Preston Riley; her grandson Terry Phillips; her sisters Hannah Pewitte, Betty Willis and Ora Proctor; and her brother Joe Williams.

Mrs. Riley leaves her daughter, Willie Mae Phillips of Luxora;

Three sons, Billy Ray Phillips of Blytheville, James Edward Phillips of San Diego, and Stephen Demerie Vonshun Phillips of Henning;

Two brothers, Albert Smith of Jonesboro and Herman Williams of Osceola; and

Eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services, officiated by Apostle Billy Matthews and Chaplain Charles Darden, will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29. Burial will follow at Luxora Cemetery.
