Fred Allen Haskins

Mr. Fred Allen Haskins, 65, of Turrell, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2012, at Crittenden Memorial Hospital in West Memphis. Born Nov. 17, 1945, in Turrell, he was a farm worker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Haskins Sr. and Laura Haskins; and one sister, Lizzie Jones.

Mr. Haskins leaves three daughters, Melinda Y. Haskins of St. Louis, Stephanie N. Haskins of Lepanto and Shanique Shelton of Jonesboro;

Three sons, Steven L. Haskins, Allen T. Haskins and Frederick Haskins, all of St. Louis;

Two sisters, Francis Doss of Osceola and Laura Haskins of Benton Harbor, Mich.; and

Five grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services, officiated by the Rev. Willis Butcher, will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will follow at Paradise Gardens in Edmondson.
