Cora Lee Henderson Smith

Mrs. Cora Lee Henderson Smith, 86, of Blytheville, died Monday Nov. 7, 2011, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Born in Mississippi to the late Thelma Doyle, she was a member of the Morning Star Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three daughters, Jeanette, Myra and Mary Louse; and four sons, Earl Davis, Michael Henderson, Jess Henderson and Kelly.

Mrs. Smith leaves one daughter, Martha Doyle of Grand Rapids, Mich.;

Three sons, Ozell Davis of Los Angeles, Willie Henderson and Jerry Henderson of Blytheville; and

Twenty-seven grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 19 great-great-grandchildren, nine great-great-great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday at McDonald-Horne Funeral Home Chapel with John Murphy officiating. Burial will follow at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette. The family will receive visitors from 4-6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
