Thurman Jay Green II

Rev. Thurman Jay Green II, 58, of Pine Bluff, passed away, Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011. He was born in Blytheville to the late Rev. Thurman Green I and Theodoshia Green.

He leaves his wife, Ethel Green of Pine Bluff;

A son, Thurman Green III of Little Rock;

Two daughters, April Green of Pine Bluff and Lacora Green of Grand Rapids, Mich.;

And two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:39 a.m. Friday at Barraque Street Baptist Church by the Rev. T.R. Ramey. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery in North Little Rock. Visitation will be from 5-6:30 p.m. today at Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.

The family will be at 712 West 29th Ave., Pine Bluff.

The body will lie in state at the church from 9:45 a.m. until time of service.
