Chicks, Wonder tie 14-14

WEST MEMPHIS -- The Blytheville Junior Chickasaws played West Memphis Wonder to a 14-14 tie Thursday night. The Chicks (0-2-1) posted an early, 6-0, lead after a 15-yard touchdown run from DeMadre Clark with 5:15 left in the first quarter. Clark's touchdown was setup by a Jalen Sorrells interception. West Memphis took an 8-6 lead after a touchdown and two-point conversion with 5:39 left in the half. Blytheville answered with a Terry Northern to Keveon Lewis 33-yard touchdown pass with 36 seconds left in the half. A successful two-point conversion gave the Chicks a 14-8 lead at the break.
