Barbara Ann Spinks 'Cookie' Fields

Ms. Barbara Ann Spinks "Cookie" Fields, 54, of Blytheville, died Saturday, July 23, 2011, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Born Aug. 28, 1956, in Blytheville, she was a cook at Perkin's Restaurant and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Matthews.

Ms. Fields leaves her mother, Aretha Spinks Kimble of Blytheville;

Her companion, Ray McAdams of Blytheville;

One special aunt, Eva Dotson Walker of Blytheville;

One special cousin, Sylvia Dotson of Blytheville;

Two step-sons, Deshawn Morgan of Jonesboro and Michael McAdams of Portageville;

Two sisters, Patricia Ann (and Wallace) Spinks of Blytheville and Jamie Lee (and Kenneth) Brown of Blytheville;

Two brothers, Wayne Morris (and Virginia) Spinks of Blytheville and Michael Anthony (and Debra) Spinks of Blytheville;

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. Funeral services, officiated by Evangelist Deborah Gillespie, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Dominion Destiny Center. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
