Mrs. Pearlier Mae Johnson, 75, of Blytheville, died Monday, June 27, 2011, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. She was born May 26, 1936, in Armorel to Elijah Henderson Sr. and Dellier Green Henderson, both of whom preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Johnson; one daughter, Williestean Johnson Ray; one son, Bobby Lee Henderson; and six brothers, Albert Henderson, Leon Henderson, Robert Lee Henderson, Elijah Henderson Jr., Willie Henderson and Freddie Henderson.

She leaves two daughters, Marilyn Johnson and Rosie Johnson, both of Blytheville;

Four sons, Andrew Johnson of Blytheville, Melvin Johnson of Pensacola, Fla., Herbert Johnson of Columbia, Mo., and Calvin Johnson of Miami, Fla.;

Four brothers, Eddie Henderson, Jerry Henderson and Jessie Henderson, all of Blytheville, and Bennie Henderson of Phoenix, Ill.; and

Thirty grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m Saturday at Mt. Moriah M.B. Church with Bishop Theodis Rucker officiating. Burial will follow in Sandy Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home of Blytheville.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
