Kenneth Wesley Pay

Mr. Kenneth Wesley Pay, 56, of Gosnell, died Wednesday, Feb. 9., 2011, at the Great River Medical Center. He was a retired truck driver. He was born October 10, 1954 to Dewey Walker Sr. and Margie Walker and was later adopted and raised by his step-father, David W. Pay.

Mr. Pay was a member of the First Methodist Church. He had a passionate heart, and enjoyed writing poems and songs, especially in his early years. He loved camping, his Mustang, and taking short trips.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Carol Scroggins of Gosnell.

He leaves two sons, Kevin Wesley Pay of Blytheville and Justin Michael Pay (and Christina) of Blytheville;

Three brothers, Dewey Walker, Grover Pay and David Lee Pay;

One sister, Katy Walker

One nephew, Dewey "Skip" Walker III; and

Five grandchildren, Courtney Pay, Taylor Pay, Jayden Dever, Jordyn Pay and Addyson Pay, all of Blytheville.

Family visitation will be at 5 p.m. Saturday with public visitation at 6 p.m. at Carney Funeral Home in Blytheville. There will be no formal service.
