The lady who contacted me was very distraught about her kin -- (three men, her brothers-in-law) had a wonderful little dog named "Charlie." They have little joy in their lives, so this pet was very dear to them.

Mr. Billy J. "Dibo" Chism, 80, of Luxora, died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at Methodist Hospital in Memphis. Born in Hope, Ark., to Frank Lee and Mary Elizabeth Bradford Chism, he was of the Pentecostal faith. Dibo was a dedicated employee of Hart Farms for over 47 years.
