The final meeting for Blytheville Mayor Barrett Harrison and three City Council members had a light agenda, but turned out to be a contentious two-hour meeting. It also revealed some economic development news. "The governor (Mike Beebe) will be here in two weeks for yet another announcement with ART and another 300 well-paying jobs," said Harrison, who is taking over for retiring Blytheville-Gosnell Regional Airport Authority executive director Joe Gurley next year.
