Lindsey case excerpts (Editor's Note: This is the second part of a two-part series on the Arkansas State Police investigation of former Blytheville Police Officer Dewayne Lindsey.) A 32-page Arkansas State Police investigation report of former Blytheville police officer Dewayne Lindsey was released Monday. Below are excerpts from the Arkansas State Police investigator's individual interviews with the seven Blytheville police officers about the July 3 burglary at Dr. Gerald Husted's Wildwood Cove home. Former Blytheville police officer Dewayne Lindsey was terminated Aug. 29 after allegations of stealing two guns from Husted's residence during the burglary call, then later trying to sell one of the weapons to Blytheville police officer Terry Byrd.
